1. No skill developments in product team - risk of being un-employable after working for 2-3 years 2. Product head is not worthy of leading a team - lacks basic product management skills , succumbs to pressure and just acts as a postman 3. Product team is secondary to business / sales team and has limited say in decisions

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
