2 Appraisals were promised(April & October) on the time of joining but new have been changed to 1 cycle due to which mane employees gave to face monetary demotivation. The only dislike is the departments other than ecom and wedding are useless like handicraft warehouse no matter you are working 12 hours in a day no matter you are working 6 days or 7 days a week you will not be appreciated in my case this happened because of my reporting manager so if you are getting gud opportunity to join with ecom department or wedding then its excellent.
