My immediate reporting manager was a hard task master but a good person at heart and also understanding.

Dislikes

Overall management style of the organisation. The top level management is very self centred, especially the top management of the weddings division. Very rude towards staff and always hinting at firing people at the drop of a hat.

In HR department Gautam, Aishwarya and Abhishek are highly unprofessional people. If you want to see an egotistic CHRO Gautam is a great example. Managers are Abhishek should resign immediately.

Very few to mention: 1. Previous CHRO was one of the best this company has ever had. 2. Good Medical Insurance Policy. 3. Pick-up and drop facility from the metro station.

The list is vast, still, I would like to mention a few; 1. Very poor compensation and benefits. 2. No use in having the PMS policy, they won't give you an appraisal per the rating. Everything depends on the face value and your proximity to CXOs. 3. Be aware of MD's father, don't come in his way, he is one person you would not like to have a conversation with. 4. Technology team is pathetic, they don't do any new R&D and the senior leadership of the tech team is just roasting their chairs. 5. Worst pantry staff, they behave as if you report to them. They live in full attitude. 6. Worst arrangement when it comes to washroom hygiene. 7. They don't have any in-house pantry. 8. They will let go of the real hard hitters, who have actually performed in this company. 9. It's more of a family and relative business organization. Only those who are personally known to the management will get "GREAT SALARY HIKES AND PROMOTIONS". 10. Their call center set-up is a mess. 11. Be aware of people in the Finance department, they believe as if they are running the show. There is one person in finance, when you will ask him to help you with the investment declaration or TDS calculation he will definitely ask you to first buy some insurance policy from him or give him a box of sweets. 12. First of all, they had deducted the salary by 50 percent for the month of april after that, From may onward they sent us a mail for LWP ( leave without pay ) for next 6-12 months. That is horrible that when you need financial support from your organisation. They will leave you. Really worst experience as i was working with them for almost 2 year.

Worst experience as they ask us to leave on our tuff time or when you need them most. After working for almost 2 year with single off in a month and sometime day and night both shift working alone, they ask us to leave. No carrier growth not a good opportunity however if you are not getting job anywhere and looking for 3-4 month work you can join ferns n petals.

Not good as not getting any off or 1 off in 1 month, that is terrible and also you need to work both night n day without any support due to lack of staff available in season time.
