I liked the professional attitude and the workplace environment.The company also believed in their employees and seemed to really think about my future growth and professional progress.

Dislikes

I found that there was no more career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Dislike are so many i cant explain in short. Yes i agree top level officer are too good and very friendly without any attitude top level in the seance Md to upper level, if they knew about some problem they were definitely work on it. otherwise if i talk about myself i was there for 6 years i was requesting each seniors for my career growth no one care about it not even my line manager not even HR. and HR department is very rudely behave with employees if you asked something to HR the HR person make his/ her face like something and shouting you like a school teacher so that you wont even dare to ask anything next time. U just have a job security in this company. Many of them are either busy in transferring you somewhere or back bitching you without much work to do. Yes a best place to work because you don't even have a mediocre pressure. Be in good books and act as if you have worked tremendouslly ull get 20-40% hike. Spend unnecessarily on trips and events but not on giving salaries on time. Ex: A guy working as admin and a hr in gurgaon is all the way invited by flight for review meetings to distant locations. The money could have utilised wisely.
