Federal Bank provides full job security to its employees unless they don not indulge in any kind of Fraud or Indecent behaviour.

Dislikes

Federal Bank is not expending in north India. Only few people knows here that Federal Bank is actually a bank. Many of them think that it's an American bank. Only 8 branches in Rajasthan. Sometimes it gets akward to tell people where I work. Only Kerala people are in Top management, unfair for the north indian employees.
