First time I'm join fdc as a fresher and worked in 2 year and 6 month.. and then 2 month leave the job. After 2 month I'm join fdc same division but salary is very low as per experience.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. HOD gave so much unethical pressure and even torture the employee. Job is always insecure. Everyone in distribution/ logistics department has been searching job.

Company operating through a mode which most of the top and reputed companies have left long back , this company has not accepted the change that happened in the market over a period of time . In one word it is not contemporary .

Senior Management is very selfish. SM/DSMs asked resigned to RM from company. Just because to save DSM/SMs job. They don't have values of Efforts. They are enjoying only. They are not justifying there role & responsibilities. VPs has supported SM & DSM to do worng things with their subordinates. They are spoiling companies Image/Reputation. Very good products and well established and high quality products at its best rate.

Dislikes

Above the cadre of RM ie DSM,SM no in clinic value addition or demanding. Lot of excel sheet formats and daily billing plan and pressurising to achieve the given number. No value addition no investment like cme or Doctors meet. Worst allowances in the market very low salary package.
