Company operating through a mode which most of the top and reputed companies have left long back , this company has not accepted the change that happened in the market over a period of time . In one word it is not contemporary .

Very good products and well established and high quality products at its best rate.

Dislikes

Above the cadre of RM ie DSM,SM no in clinic value addition or demanding. Lot of excel sheet formats and daily billing plan and pressurising to achieve the given number. No value addition no investment like cme or Doctors meet. Worst allowances in the market very low salary package.

Every company have positive things about our products and employees also. And company spend too much for our employees.

Dislikes

All senior employees are not working together. Every person save our job only. No one working in ground field. If you have any suggestions are feedback, you totally dislike by senior and your feedback is not going to right person. And if you trying different way then you will be fire.That's a problem.

Company cluchar is bad Not good activities done by company' to dr cabin. Only paper company activity.Meny more chip activities who are not interested doctor. When you leave company they told we have increased your package but when you come not package increase. Also very terrible cluchar. Dont go this company also evenig call desturab your family' time.

Company culture is good. FDC treat their employees as a family. HR team work is good. Others things are depend on your managers attitude. Transportation is very easy to reach. Canteen facility is good.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very late. No appreciation for your good work but be ready to get criticised if you lag something. They must have all Saturday off.

Experience of working with FDC was good. A good place to learn about sales and marketing strategies. Salary and expenses were low and incentive scheme was not good. I was quit on Feb 2011 but till date I didn't get my full and final settlement amount. I have sent all required documents and property was handed over to my seniors Mr. Abhishek Tiwari.
