Above the cadre of RM ie DSM,SM no in clinic value addition or demanding. Lot of excel sheet formats and daily billing plan and pressurising to achieve the given number. No value addition no investment like cme or Doctors meet. Worst allowances in the market very low salary package.

Company culture is good. FDC treat their employees as a family. HR team work is good. Others things are depend on your managers attitude. Transportation is very easy to reach. Canteen facility is good.

Appraisal is very late. No appreciation for your good work but be ready to get criticised if you lag something. They must have all Saturday off.

Experience of working with FDC was good. A good place to learn about sales and marketing strategies. Salary and expenses were low and incentive scheme was not good.
