They recruit interns and make them work too much. This one time they asked to work till midnight. Gave 6k rupee salary. It didnt matter how hard i worked for them. After so many requests, i didnt get salary increment. With this 6k salary i also had to train new engineers who also always called my on my personal phone for little issues, while also handling arrogant users which put in negativity in my mind and later made mistakes ive never made. It was just downright painful to work at FCB interface, everyday was a work-day - public holidays and weekends included. There was a 24/7 working culture and you had to be available throughout. The pay was also terrible.

Dislikes

The pay, the culture, the idea of servitude to climb up the ladder. It was extremely painful to work here.

I really respect and appreciate FCB Interface. It is one of the most organized advertising agencies that I have worked with/heard of.

Dislikes

We always go an extra mile to delight our clients and brand (which is good!) but in doing so, we end up stretching ourselves way too much and are hence over worked sometimes!
