The job is good but the company is bad.. One would learn to open his mouth or atleast start using it and come out of his introvercy.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

no scope for any research related works. These guys just show themselves as R&D but don't encourage any new ideas or learning... The management just eats the biscuits that the foreigners throw and let them use the fellow indinas to their maximum advantage. The top levels just pretend as if they know everything and are experts in that..

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor

Work Details

a mixture of all but to learn something..you have to be on your own..but one good thing is that there are equally interested engineers.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
