1. Comparatively a good learning experience. 2. You can learn more technically if you have the passion to learn. 3. Free Food and Cab facilities.

Dislikes

1. People managers are considered Great rather than real hard working people. 2. Hike is really less (Lot of politics) 3. Should hold buckets to get onsite/ pay hike or good projects. 4. Team politics. 5. No work life balance. 6. If they find you that you are a hard working and talented guy, they will just squeeze you with more workuntil you question them. 7. They proclaim as Technical R&D center. But to be honest its very similar to a service firm and no much innovations happen. 8. They actually proclaim as 9 Hours work. But every hour is Billed. That means to complete a 9 Hour work day you have to work more than 9 Hours almost continuously. Or else your TL will screw you for not billing 9 Hrs for 5 days of a week. 9. Strict office timings. 1st Shift (6AM to 3PM) or 2nd Shift (3PM to 12PM) for 0-3 Yrs experienced people. 9. So join only if you are interested to work hard!!!...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
