There are listed number of employees who are old in system in each department who seems to be loyal for organization in eye of leadership seating at India /US . Those who tries to bring them on right trends of industry as per the workplace environmental situations, they go at any extent to take the job of that person. Totally biased decisions taken against each individuals.

This is for name shake an MNC, fact is that it is company driven by the list of some personal who are old, liked by Mr. Sam Jain ( founder CEO) No value of professional skills here, no one listens your voice, one sided decisions by HR all works in a fixed Ajenda. This is the company where old people have a trend of blaming and make the people exit who did not fit into their system. They do not accept changes, new Idea s , policy trends across industries. No one wants to enhance their skills and development but everyone needs promotions. My advice to the people to be aware of such organisation .
