Very bad support.Layyed off employees and did not even gave appraisal for this years cycle and terminated employees with no compensation. Although working within some team was great ,great manager.

No employee friendly,lots of politics,self boasting companies.HR does not takes into consideration the views.

Food in company premises at very nominal rate, Cab facility is provided at appropriate price, Job Security in normal times though they fired employees during Covid-19 pandemic,Management is approachable, and work life balance is really good. You'll be rewarded if you work well and deliver results.

First and foremost work culture. If you are laid back who wants to enjoy doing nothing during the office hours, this is the best place for you. People are unprofessional and don't know how to talk to your peers. Managers really don't know the technical aspects. No laptops are given to employees nor WFH. Poor infrastructure. Fareportal environment was so good and it feels energetic everyday. I enjoy doing my work in such beautiful environment. As Fareportal is a travel domain company, all airline flights have been stopped, Fareportal going through a very tough time. Our CEO did whatever best for empoyees, but at last when there were no hope. They end-up many contracts with many employees.

I think there is nothing to dislike expect food, which is a third party vendor.

Woked as a web developer(Software Engineer) on two of our major travel domains Cheapoair & Onetravel. Add new features to our product and maintain the old one as well.

Fareportal not support during COVID19 crisis. In starting phase of Corona virus pandemic they laid off their employees. Cuts off 25% salary of their employees . Now mostly employees on LWP from last three months. Fareportal not care their employees.
