Nothing! Worst company ever. Worst work culture, gossips hub, more interested in your personal life than professional life. No work life balance you're asked to stay overtime everyday. No job security they can fire you any moment they want without even giving notice. No salary hikes. Weekends working is also very common. And no security for females, if female employees are asked to stay late they won't even provide a cab for your safety because they don't care about your safety. Even when you're only female employee left in the company. Won't even provide food if you are asked to stay late in the company. And leaves , for every leave you need to get approved from so many people and still rare chances of getting leaves. Even for medical reasons leave they ask for doctors prescriptions sometimes. They don't trust us that we can be ill they need medical prescription to believe that. And if your very little leave balance is used they will use this excuse for not giving you increment. Worst company, work culture, work life balance, worst management. No festival bonus nothing. Management don't care about keeping their employees happy that's why no one wants to stay in the company. People just come and go no one wants to stay here for longer periods. Only the relatives of management have stayed constant in the company. Don't recommend this company to anyone in the future. Shift timings is 9 to 6 in summers but you're expected to stay late till 7:30 - 8:30 normally when you don't have much work. And when you have work like prod stuff you're expected to stay till 10:30, 11 , 12:30 or sometimes till 2 or 3 am in the morning as well....Read More

Work Details

Work policy: Only few senior employees get WFH. Not everyone. And junior employees they can't even think about getting wfh even in emergencies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
