Likes

Running a boutique hotel and the challenges that come with a family controlled emerging business. Intelligent and cooperative directors.setting up capacity for high standards of service.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Inadequate hr policy. Not star rated. Inadequate hospitality yield management capacity and systems. Very high junior staff turnover.

Work Details

Work life balance was quite a challenge. I had to set up the desired standards to match industry requirements , train associates and bring some sanity to the poor hr policy in place. Has the capacity to improve and be the best in the region.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
