If uh r going there just go for permanent/temporary basis don't even think to be permanent employee there...

I remember I started as an contractual employee but then I started working as permanent due to pandemic nd I didn't have any income source at that time.. they offered me 12k once I joined as permanent nd the way they used to behave was hilarious.. I chose to remain permanent cause I couldn't find the new employment source during pandemic nd when govt declared 2 months k lockdown period they asked their employees to remain in office nd eat the shit from their dirty and insanity pantry,, well it never ended there we asked for wfh but they said due to security issues they couldn't do that nd then I decided to leave. However my core reason to left that organisation is when my manager found that one of my friend called me on my extension nd asked for my lunch timing. My manager shouted on me saying " Arey yrr usko apne Ghar bulale na" I mean seriously wft nd how could he talk like that I confirmed that I had to leave nd then I got to know that there was a lot people who filled the complaint stating there harrasment experience nd HR never took a single step to investigate about it even when I filled they never did. Also , it wasn't the ending I worked there 10 months nd asked for my relieving nd entire month salary as it was a month end they neither give me experience letter not my salary nd I still remember it was a month end nd I didn't have any employment or salary to manage my family needs even when they used to give 12k to their permanent employee with no respect I didn't get that 12k for my work it was the hardest part..also if psndamic comes in future they will repeat the same thing nd they asked their own employee to clean washrooms nd use it. So here It's my humble request go for a good organisation nd if uh r thinking to join here plz join for 3 months only which is a contractual period.......Read More

There's so much discrimination and racism and most important the people are so homophobic, u need to change who u r to work there, u can't be who u are u need to be someone else so i won't recommend it to anybody. And plus the salary is too less and the work is too much and so stressful.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. there is no time to time money you will only get 💯 for one hour when they need to extend time (1hour shift extend) and that will paid on 15th of every month in a month u ll get only one or two OT and that will be 700 paid after 45 days.
