I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The work culture is quite good. the staff is vey polite and helpful as a trainee. The management takes good care of the hotel and the guests.

Dislikes

The stipend we received was too low, other than that the career growth is quite slow because the hierarchy of the hotel is really small.

I was a trainee and my work was actually just learning and assisting the associates with their work. I did make the rooms in housekeeping, served the food and take orders in food and beverage service.

our hotel owner & general manager tendancy is good ,he knows what is required to head of department with all hotel team members ,every saturday in hotel hostes a pleasure activities ,also monthly town hall meeting & quarterly picnic out of mumbai ,the atmosphere within the hotel is fantastic ,Management is Excellence.
