Nothing is much satisfactory or i like because there is nothing to like except our kitchen associate from tandoor section because they are so supportive.

Dislikes

Everything, no limit of working hour a day , your headchef tells you that you have to work and put your head down and do work yess its good but only when tjey are good and they are not at all , and ues your working hour dosen't matter its our ex-chef thoughts as they treat us as slave.They know only one thing how to pressurise , irritate new associate so that they leavr the place or they became the reporter of head. Let me share an experience i was an associate in Anjuna Faifield by marriott and theirs a seen happen where a trainee scold me and abuse me and in that case i touch him kind of slaping you can say but that was not that hard or markable and i accept it in my letter which i give to security head later than Hr but what they did is to tell me stay at accomodation until we call you , and lockdown is started and seen happen on 16 of march and told me on 22 march then on 28 march HR ask me on give resign i ask everyone even operation manager as their is no GM , he just left and at that time they all head told me i'll ask chef and when i ask chef so you know what he said i can't do anything sorry can you believe our executive chef said it to me and i gave resign. And let me tell you that under NATURAL DISASTER ACT no one can terminate an empolyee but here they all head play game and i was scared about my future just because of termination and now i'm stuck in goa and i have to go home UTTRAKHAND and now HR ask me when were you leaving the accomodation as well as our executive chef ....Read More
