Well there is actually nothing to be liked about this company except for the Social Media propaganda.

Well, a hotel which is worlds largest brand does not do the basics right and neither has been willing to given time for training neither guidance to any of the employee. Because someone at the Area office or Corporate office made a wrong decision and did not know market very well and made a wrong forecast that does not mean the complete team was incapable. just one person being framed rather than trying to understand what really was the issue, you cannot ask your leader to start downsizing the team members, this is unlawful and ethically incorrect. however a company who only talks about ethics, values, culture and best practices is actually a hypocrite. i am sure my comments would never reach the top management of the investors and neither the brand, but still with a ray of hope have expressed not just my experience, but everybody's experience who were with me at the specific unit....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
