The work culture is quite good. the staff is vey polite and helpful as a trainee. The management takes good care of the hotel and the guests.

Dislikes

The stipend we received was too low, other than that the career growth is quite slow because the hierarchy of the hotel is really small.

I was a trainee and my work was actually just learning and assisting the associates with their work. I did make the rooms in housekeeping, served the food and take orders in food and beverage service.
