1. TOP management doesn't care about good manufacturing practices and Product quality. 2. Top management doesn't care about increments ,appraisal and promotion 3. Expats from india are hired for full time roles, but not treated like company employees bit outside consultants. 4. Top management works under tremendous pressure and armtwisting of its main customer which is a giant in consumer electronics 5. In the past many experienced Indian expats have been forced to leave after they successfully completed setting up of new projects and lines. "Use and throw" policy prevails <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> First hire on high salary and then terminate without notice suddenly</mark>. 6. Not recommended for indians or foreigners of any other country as job security is null. 6. Company forces you to stay in dormitory single room with family,on contract they write flat will be provided. 7.
