nothing ... toxic work culture in CS Team. Management and Department HOD behaviour is aggresive, harsh and operessive. long hour work is glorified. HOD will pretent that some bomb has been droped as soon as she see a mail from MD. it is expected that you have to do work or respond even if you are with your family and in sick leave. every think is urgent here. attrition rate is also high because of low pay as compared to market standards. nothing is there for learning. think of joining only if you have no other options....Read More
