Dislikes

The company should look for more efficiency in employees and put on improving skills of individuals in terms of soft skills, ms excel etc. which are most important for ones growth and development. Look out for talented employees and open new opportunities. Dont cut off Hikes and other benefits which has been promised.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
