Let me start with the good things !! Good things 1)Factset have a wonderful facilities for employees like Pick n Drop, breakfast, physical environment etc 2) Learning is something special here you can learn many things that brings you knowledge of Accounting, Policies, and even you can attend many in house trainings in Factset. 3)Good HR panel is here where you can see prompt action on every requests and communication is good, you can knock doors any time you need help from HR team. 4)Flexi holiday is something good for you where you can plan and skip holidays in company. Bad things: 1)I saw Region differences can be seen on floor during the work, where in corporate we use English as a common language, management like Team leads, and OMS use native language to communicate and those who don't know their native language or anyone belong to North part or native Hyderabad will be Target on several grounds. 2)Team leads with low ethics and narrow minds makes challenges to the suffered ones and support the preferred ones, who blow before them every time. 3)BAD internal performance maintenance policies. 4) Friends support their friends in Audit teams, where they create parciallity in marking errors you may commit during work process.
