Dislike The company clearly discriminate Indian employee. Totally different policies for Indian employee 1. Education assistant are for name, policy are complicated it mean you certificate reburiment not going to approved. 2. There they want everyone to fill time sheet 3. Learning and development they will give you access to Linkedin learning and assisgn you some school course on which you can spend 1 hr in a day and maximum 4 hr in a month and 6 day in a year 5. Micromanagemet in there blood, alway want to negotiate for leave, however US employee get 2 week leave without issues 6. No software to RA and content Specialist, even not excel work on super slow Citrix 7. no work life balance. 8. You are eligible for Internal job positing when you completed 18 month on that particular position and if your rating is should be above 3 and manager approval There no overtime paid for Indian employee, they will give complementary leave which requires TL approval to take...Read More
