Work cultures are great. The store Manager was very Good and always helpful, and she was very caring about her staff also.

Dislikes

Working with Fabindia in the past 5 years but salary structure was very poor. Increment process was verry very means very slow. Internal politics is working here.I wish in future I can't see the face of Fabindia

Till 2016 was Good working Environment for everything. Now no one like to work .

Dirty politics, favouritism, nothing newness, same old story, no styling, nothing unique about it. Top management has big time Ego. Full of old aged people with lots of monotonous job profile. No support for changes made.

Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. Sometime management have to believe in those employees who worked for company very hard and who gave their 100% to grow the company. Also review the entire carrier for those employees who terminated /resigned from the company. If management knows that the employee worked very hard and was the part of company growth since many past years for the company then management have the review their entire carrier chart and take the decision or change the decision as per their review not as per company policy....Read More
