Pattern Master

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop a master pattern for given range of sizes and style for confirmed orders with agreement of Technical Manager or Senior Garment Technicians based on original samples & specs submitted. This is to be done using CAD pattern making.
• To develop patterns for new development samples as and when required.
• To grade the master pattern across all required sizes through CAD pattern grading software.
• Providing all pattern hard copies through plotter/ printer.
• Resolutions of technically related issues with technician with regard to patterns or provided spec sheet.
• Garmenting of new samples with help of sample room representative and sample tailors whenever required.
• Corrections/revisions of styles as and when required.
• All style pattern traceability through proper documentation and maintaining timely updation where required.
