Working environments is good and freedom of work.

Dislikes

When I was joined the company I thought company is good for employees. But in covid-19 pandemic company asked me to resign and HR manager told me whenever situation will be under control we will call you again to join the company. I thought ok company will ask me to join again. Now I am trying to call HR manager but he didn't pick up the call. When I called to HR associate then she is trying to convince me to find out any new job. I can't believe fabindia can behaved like this. Sorry to say but it should be not happed to me. For most of the company covid-19 pandemic is the opportunity to do whatever they want....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
