FabHr is, without a doubt, the worst company one can ever work in. The office politics is unbearable, preventing hardworking individuals from focusing on their tasks. The CEO is not serious about the business and has significant ego issues, often behaving like a stubborn child. They lure you in with promises of a good CTC, but you'll end up with a very small portion of your salary as take-home pay. On top of that, they consistently fail to credit salaries on time, with employees often receiving their pay only by the 10th of the month or later. A major issue in the organization is a tester named Sachin Saxena. He sees himself as a Team Lead, but he is the biggest blunder in the entire company. His incompetence forces every developer to work extra hours. Despite his lack of qualifications, the organization inexplicably continues to bear the burden of his presence. He favors certain people while acting like a boss to others, even though he has no authority to do so. Moreover, his behavior is grossly unprofessional; he' a per-vert who constantly looks for girls and spends 90% of his time picking his nose and eating it. Disgusting! Their policies are also deceptive. Please don't ruing your career by joining this organization.
