Some Area managers treat store managers like their servant & using voulgar languages in front of all team. If question raised for this he will be terminated / making those SM to leave. Because of these persons company has loosing its respect.

I had a great time with FAASOS nice place to work ,its not like a company its like a family . i haved learn many thing from FAASOS , the traning department ( team ) specally our traning managerv Mr.Avinash Kadam is awesome . In faasos every day we were learning new new thing. Our CEO Mr.Jaideep Barman is an AWESOME Man with zero attuide .

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
