Some employee was good on the other hand senior manager play good politics

Dislikes

1. They cut the salary for no reason 2. Off is not fixed you have to work straight 17-18 hours even without off in a week 3. Senior level manager are rude and don't have adequate how to talk to the juniors 4. Working for extra time without any pay 5. Job is not fixed when they think that you are not needed they just throw you out without any reason

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
