Recently, inexperienced new mid-level managers got into this position due to the position vacuum as existing people left, some of whom are not very technical but do pretend, and to continue that position, they are involved in politics and favoritism to manipulate the facts and recognition. And due to this, many hardworking engineers are frustrated. This frustartion may reflect in the upcoming employee survey results. 3. No job security, any day they can layoff. Toxic work environment and manager driven company, even HR is puppet of managers, there is no help for employees concerns and miseries. HR only cares for employees in their ornamental PPTs and webinars. Every year twice layoff happens and reorganisation happens. They don’t even care to show any reason for the same. Inhuman first approach.
