Employee engagement. Their employee satisfaction reviews seems fake and manipulative, mostly. The Partner won’t let you spend the budget to your team member and it’s their tendency to put themselves in limelight that he is the sole owner of your life. EY GDS is not what I was used to be prior covid. Many things have changed, too much internal politics, Team size have gone big which is impacting the overall culture and people have come up with their own ways to woo the higher managers/leadership and get a floor visibility. So its a harsh truth but yes its a fact.

Dislikes

People who are working here for more than 12-15 years have now moved to a leadership position. Now all they themselves are interested in pursuing their own hobbies (oustside work e.g. Yogam Travelling, Blogging, Youtube, etc) and expect juniors to work 24x7

Stability, assurance, a party mood, paying in pennies, long working hours, booze, being wasted, and no upskilling. In short, it's like the life of a person who got their first job all party mood, but low salary, leading to a happy life with stability.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities

It is very good place for people who are looking for skill development. They conduct lot of skill development training which help myself in Journey of Upskill. Leaders are supportive and very friendly with diverse environment of working.

Dislikes

As of my domain there is fewer people in one location. Sometime we feel team are micro managed. There will be lot of thing asking from you as KPI. They give promotion but they don't give proper hike with promotion. Appraisal discussion is not transparent and they will not give details of room to improve yourself.
