Working model is very professional, each one of us is given huge responsibilities and thus feels challenging, thus get to learn a lot. HR organisation is decentralised. Hence we never feel there is an HR around for us to walk to and talk concerns or designation wise corrections etc. we meet an HR only at onboarding and exit time. Instead there is surveys to collect feedbacks. But the point is if HR element is strong and drives company values across, then employeesin all the departments will be get an uniform experience from their respective leaders. Now some teams runs upholding EY values and work culture. Some teams are different and their leaders would be running it the same culture of their previous organisation which will be entirely different from EY....Read More

Work life balance is not the best across EY. Only few teams would have good balance. But being part of the BIG 4 demands so much from an individual. Its an experience to be challenged and learn a lot and move on.
