There is no work-life balance, No job security, You will treated like a gadhaa, Directors feel like they are Rajnikant, Your whole life will move around prove yourself ..... either way you do lots of work but one mistake can make through out of the office. You can fired at any moment and will not get salary as well No personal and career growth.
