Everything. Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours in a day as I have to attend clients' calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value your efforts at all & on top of that, they will tear your confidence down every single time. I requested them to give me good leads but the leads also were not that good. Even I had to work at night after 9 pm which was making me feel sick. These people do not even appreciate your efforts they will only blame you for not the work done on time. No job security is there. They can terminate you at any point in time. No work-life Balance That's all....Read More

Working in edu tech is a big task now bec of many other platforms like this but even after all the drama we do with customers we somehow manage to get sales done and if the said promises are not delivered to customers they call it back for cancellation which the company will not accept and the way the sr.managers react to the executives are horrible
