No work life balance No fixed salary If daily attendance criteria is not met only LOSS OF PAY NO Casual leave it also comes as loss of pay only Terrible HR policies always change the criteria everymonth.

Dislikes

No positive only negative Not good place to work They said only PF is deducted but appointment letter comes only after joining it has many other deduction no fixed pay is given

The company provides growth and increment in a short period. There are set of good manager who always support the employees

The company payout in this situation is completely revenue based, no fixed salary or basic salary for the employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
