Salary on time, kudos to the chairman for supporting all the employees during this difficult period. If someone is looking for only job security and good compensation then this is a right company. On the other hand if someone is looking to learn and gain knowledge, this is not the right place.

Dislikes

Not the right place for talented people as the higher ups with in the region would ask you to just follow their stone age theories or strategies which is completely extinct in this era. They neither give solution nor adhere to your suggestions. Instead of setting an example, they give ideas which were once followed before prior independence.
