As there is no HR/admin, there is no cohesive work culture. Very toxic work environment. Managers have no clue how to handle teams, no work planning and last minute decisions.

I'm blassed to work in Extramarks, The senior Leadership is providing guidence at each and every step, job security, it's not firing the employees like other organization.

Dislikes

Product is not meeting the costumer need's, after sales policy is not good, it is required to enhanc the quality of our product, it is not being sealed due to lack of Marketing.And secondary is salary deduction
