Some staff are good, understanding

Management not supportive, They hire wrong candidate who has no fair decision and tries to bring their own people on any cost and no relevant experience. They dis-respect their old staff. Stalk holders are aware about this but do not react or stops to do this.

This is a flat organisation with no hierarchy. Salaries and promised joining bonus are not in place. Need to keep on chasing. All the time working on weekends and public holidays. Pathetic culture. No additional benefits. Forget about leaves. Unrealistic deadlines from upper management and to some extent micromanagement. Definitely not a place for family oriented people.

Great Company working on all new areas. I am enjoying my stay of over 3 years now where I have been able to provide solutions in Data, AI and Analytics.

Issues being faced - no processes and changing structures and very low management supervision.
