This place is a con job. 1. Salary is hardly paid on time. It might be paid on the 10th. And recently only part of the salary was paid. 2. The boss, Bhavesh Pitroda, will act like he is doing you a favor by paying you. If you argue, he will say this is how startups are. But he has no clue about building or running a company. 3. Telephone line was cut because the payment was not made. 4. Vendors and freelance service providers keep calling up for money. Ex-employees come to the office asking for their unpaid dues. And Bhavesh, the boss, gives them some assurance, but rarely the money. On top of it, he keeps hiring new staffers. 5. You will be selected for one job and then you will be made to do everything else, most of which is not even related to your job or caliber. 6. Money s siphoned off from the company to the owner's wife's account. 7. The boss' wife comes to the office and spends all the time on Facebook and keeping a watch on what the other employees are doing. 8. If you talk to your colleagues a lot, the wife becomes suspicious. She will complain to her husband. and they start bothering you. If you are female, they will even resort to character assassination....Read More
