Excellent company to work with. Fun work culture - great benefits. Work-life balance can be problematic if you have to collaborate with US teams a lot. Equates to late night meetings. Other than that - fun place to work. Great team mates, good benefits, excellent office & cafeteria, good leadership.

Work life balance can be a problem while working with US teams (primarily Bellevue / Seattle) wherein meetings are schedules late evening or at night.

Support was all over the place. Expedia ensured working from home was made as easy as possible. IT Team was available 24/7 to assist in any situation. Wellness benefits were given to purchase things which would help in pandemic.

Dislikes

Expedia needs to work on retaining talent and support current fleet who are working tremendously hard and are making themselves available to deliver things on time.

Expedia is a great organization to join. However, few process and management does really needs to work on themselves. They don't know how to run an organization without demeaning people.

The only thing good about the company was wlb but that too was there only before 2023 after that it is getting pretty hectic day by day

Toxic and unskilled managers who only know how to play politics and not actually engage with the team to know the real story, can get easily manipulated against any of their team member and fire them. Frequent layoffs and firings. No innovation and growth in the company Low pay and less increment on top of that. Not a stable place to work.
