Every think I want to dislike this company , job was not secure , seniors not supportive , There is some kind of politics going on everywhere.When seniors do not want to do anything with people, they find out their mistakes and throw them out of the office. Then even after terminating from the office, FNF keeps bothering in giving the experience letter and does not even give it.

I was doing my 3rd job in Excitel. Friendly people, I have met. Excitel is good for salary time. That's it.

Poor class managers in the company only make politics. Illustrated people In the higher position using abusive language with agents. There is no HR policy either. If in case you want to one day's leave for your personal reasons then they force you to give them medical for just 1 day's leave. Favoritism persists here for growth opportunities. Company support favouritism. Harasment level is high. If you work long time and get closer to 5 year company will fire you with sitty reason as they don't want to give any graduaty 🤬🤬🤬

I am doing first job in excitel company my first job. I have great experience as a fresher. Friendly people I have meet in this company. That's it. Over all experience if fine as first job

I would like to share my experience as a employees in invoice process my manager is very helpful but some people in another department are very rudely like manager team leader and they don't know how to talk and how to behave with employees. Only one thing I would say, It is "Lala Company - No SOP, No policy and Worst culture. Hire and fire. If you join this company then be prepared for ask to leave very soon dispite you are a performer.
