Work Details

I was a team lead in the company and I was handling a major part of the company but no one cares the customer satisfaction and the most important employees work improvement plan. There is no training schedule for the fresher.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
