Unprofessional behavior is the norm here; ethics are nonexistent. You’ll find yourself working late every day with no extra pay for the added hours.

Dislikes

You’re just a number here, and they’ll replace you in a heartbeat. HR claims to be supportive but ignores our concerns. Training sessions on weekends with no compensation are unacceptable. Management refuses to address the toxic dynamics among employees—disappointing. The work-life balance is nonexistent. They expect you to give everything without any acknowledgment.

Leadership is more interested in appearances than actual results. It's disheartening to see HR act more like a secretary for project managers than a true human resource team.

Dislikes

The company is all talk about diversity but no action. The lack of diversity in promotions is troubling; it feels very exclusive. They didn’t even bother to check my background, and now I'm facing unfair treatment. How is this acceptable? They issue experience letters without regard for how they treat their employees. It's hypocritical.

Dislikes

It's disappointing to see such potential wasted due to ineffective management and poor policies. I can’t stress enough how toxic this environment is. Stay away if you value your mental health. I thought I’d found a great opportunity, but it turned out to be a dead end. The workload is overwhelming, with 12-hour shifts and constant weekend calls. It's exhausting and unsustainable.

Sahil Sood’s erratic leadership style leaves employees feeling undervalued and confused about their roles. I’ve never worked in a place with such poor leadership and lack of direction. I worked here for a few months and left due to the awful politics. It’s not worth your time or energy.

Dislikes

It’s impossible to feel secure here; the constant layoffs and threats make for a stressful work life. Work-life balance is non-existent. Expect to be on call 24/7 with no downtime to recharge. There’s no teamwork here. Just backstabbing and blame.
