They expect you to do the work of three people without additional compensation. A breeding ground for unethical behavior and lies.

Dislikes

Once a great place to work, now it feels like a prison. Management has ruined everything. The workload is unbearable, and the compensation doesn’t reflect the effort. Promotions are nonexistent, and the politics here are unbearable. Save yourself the trouble. The culture is cutthroat. Management encourages backstabbing rather than collaboration among teams.

The work environment is toxic; it feels like everyone is out for themselves. The overall atmosphere is negative, with constant stress and tension among colleagues.

Dislikes

It’s hard to stay motivated when the goals are constantly shifting. Employees are often pitted against each other to drive competition. They seem to hire anyone just to fill positions, regardless of how it affects team morale. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism, not merit; it’s disheartening.

Dislikes

I feel like I’m constantly walking on eggshells due to management's attitude. The promised bonuses never materialize; it's all just talk. A complete waste of potential—no one is encouraged to grow. There’s a complete lack of career growth opportunities. You’ll be stuck in the same position forever. It’s impossible to advance here unless you’re part of the inner circle. Your health doesn’t matter.

There's no clear direction; projects feel aimless and chaotic. I’ve been here for over three years, and I still haven’t seen a raise. It feels like my efforts are completely overlooked. They need to realize that clear communication is key. This place is all over the place. The night shift has taken a toll on my health, and when I asked to switch, my manager belittled my concerns.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
