The ATT contract feels like a trap, with no support from upper management.

Dislikes

Freshers are thrown into the deep end with little training and inadequate compensation. It’s a tough start to a career. Raises are practically nonexistent. You’ll be waiting ages for any form of promotion, even if you work hard. The level of unprofessionalism among the staff is shocking. It’s hard to take anyone seriously here.

The training provided is inadequate, leaving employees unprepared. Projects feel random and chaotic without clear direction.

Dislikes

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. We spend more time filling out forms than doing our jobs. I wasted so much time waiting for approvals that never came. The whole process needs to be streamlined. The food options are terrible, and they run out early every day.

This company suffers from a lack of competent leadership. The CEO is clueless and the staff is frustrated. This place stifles creativity and innovation—it's all about conformity.
