The management has no idea what they're doing. Their decisions leave employees feeling insecure and undervalued.

Dislikes

Some departments foster a toxic atmosphere that management refuses to acknowledge. The work culture is toxic, with constant pressure and no recognition for hard work. The culture here is toxic; management only values yes-men and punishes anyone who thinks independently.

Many employees are unhappy, leading to a negative atmosphere. The bureaucracy is suffocating; change is nearly impossible here.

Dislikes

Leaders are more concerned with maintaining their status than developing their teams. I had no guidance during my time here. It felt like I was on my own the entire time, and I hated it.

Management lacks empathy; employees are left starving for support. The atmosphere is cold, and it’s hard to form relationships with coworkers.

Dislikes

The lack of career progression options makes this a poor choice for any professional. If you value your mental health, look elsewhere.

The workload is unreasonable, and they expect you to meet impossible deadlines.

Dislikes

I felt trapped in a cycle of work and exhaustion. I was constantly stressed and unhappy. I feel like I’m wasting my time applying here. No one seems to take the hiring process seriously.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
