Constantly dealing with office politics, and management does nothing to address our concerns. It's frustrating to see contractors prioritized over actual employees.

Dislikes

I was promised a raise, but it never materialized. Very disappointing. The so-called team atmosphere is a façade; everyone is out for themselves. The favoritism towards certain groups is obvious, making it uncomfortable for those who don’t fit the mold. The training program is non-existent; you’re expected to figure it out alone.

Communication is poor. You often find out important information through the grapevine rather than from management. Resources are limited; the company doesn’t invest in its people.

Dislikes

Expect to be overworked and underappreciated if you join this company. I applied multiple times but was always rejected. Meanwhile, less qualified candidates get hired simply because they know someone. If you're not in the clique, your hard work means nothing. Promotions are given based on favoritism, not performance.
