The training is a waste of time, and it’s all unpaid. This company has no respect for its workers. The office is filled with negativity. It’s hard to stay motivated when everyone around you is unhappy.

Dislikes

There’s a lack of communication; important updates are never shared with staff. Working here is a quick way to ruin your mental health; look elsewhere. The endless micromanagement stifles creativity and makes the job unbearable. Constantly changing priorities make it hard to meet expectations. I was promised a raise but never received one. It's all just empty talk.
